Terms and Conditions for Golf Professional Services

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of golf instruction and related services by Golf Apa LLC (the "Professional") to  (the "Client").

1. Services

The Professional agrees to provide the Client with golf instruction and coaching services, which may include:

• Individual lessons
• Group lessons
• Playing lessons
• Video analysis
• Fitness and conditioning advice
• Mental game coaching
• Club fitting and recommendations

The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon by the Professional and Client on a case-by-case basis.

2. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Professional the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

The Professional reserves the right to adjust fees at any time, with reasonable notice given to the Client.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a scheduled lesson or service with at least 24 hours' notice. If the Client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, or fails to attend a scheduled session, the full fee for the session may be charged.

The Professional reserves the right to cancel a scheduled lesson or service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inclement weather. In such cases, the Professional will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Liability and Insurance

The Client acknowledges that golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury. The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with participating in golf activities, including lessons and coaching sessions with the Professional.

The Professional maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage.

5. Confidentiality

The Professional will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the Client, except as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

8. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
